Just like many church girls, I (Deborah Idowu-Asufi) had my dreams about happily ever after…and I understand the expectations of friends, family about my marriage but moreso my own expectations were not being fulfilled and it was low-key worrying and challenging. I understand the fears, pains, dreams, and hopes of the unmarried Christian lady. I’ve been there and I’ve done that…I also have walked with many unmarried ladies now married and I resonate with their hopes, dreams, aspirations, and joys.
